Out of all of the great Gundam series, which in your humble opinion was the best?

Personaally, I really liked the G Gundam series. The one with that girl named Rein, I believe was her name.

Her name is Rain, and as for my favorite gundam series... hmm, well, not a big fan of Gundam, since I prefer Super Robots, but I liked G Gundam, Gundam Wing, Gundam X and I also like Gundam 00 (I hate SEED and SEED Destiny is even worse, but the Astray OVA is OK)

I personally think, Gundam Wing, Gundam SEED and Gundam 00, those are my three personal favorites.

the ones that I sat threw to the very end was g gundam, that chibi gundam series, don't really remember the full name it's been awhile hehe but I believe my favorites was the series that had heero and the epyron, like I mentioned it's been a long time since I've seen any gundam especially those ^_^ I did sit threw gundam seed though but after awhile I started wondering when it was going to end, haven't tried for any of the new gundam seeds yet for that very reason, meccha anime has me lose interest very quickly

the first series I saw was Wing, then G, then a little of X, MSG, Z, and ZZ...
I suppose the only reason why Seed/Destiny is my favorite is because of KiraXLacus and
Freedom/Strike Freedom...
I didn't really like the chibi series, but then came 00 which I'm totally addicted to right now

to sum it up, my favorites in descending order are Seed, Seed Destiny, 00, Wing, and I haven't seen much of the rest so they're in last place...

Some of the series mentioned here are some I have never even seen. Where I live Gundam series are no longer broadcast for some reason. But I do know a few of them. Like Wing, G, the original Mobile Suit Gundam, that little chibi series, and the first few episodes of Seed. But hey, what can you do?

at least the story is not filled with flashbacks from ep 1 till the end ^^;; sitting thru 40+ episodes just for screenscaps are not my cup of tea xD

Gundam Wing because of the excellent plot and Gundams, I only like SEED and SEED Destiny because of the Gundams

every gundam series that i watched have diffrent best point
if you talking about the stories i would say Gundam Wing and Gundam 00 is the best.
If you Talking About Mecha/Character Design i would say Seed/Destiny is the best.
well that's my opinion.

I must admit that I dont really like Gundam shows, or any other with giant robots and such for that matter, but I did watch G Gundam back in the day and it was pretty good I though. I never saw Gundam Wing, but I always did like the way the main gundam in it looked with huge wings (duh). Maybe I'll watch it one of these days.

Well I've seen Seed, Destiny, 00, 0080 : War in the Pocket, Char's Counter Attack and 08th MS Team, and I still can't decide which one is better. I enjoyed Seed and Destiny because it is more casual. I like 0080 : War in the Pocket because it showed the reality and trajedy of war. I enjoyed 08th MS Team because of the characters and tactics, and I like 00 because of the world (being similar to ours now) and the mysteries about Celestial Being. I just can't chose a "Best".

Everything rotates anti-clockwise except clocks and Venus.

I finally found a free anime streaming site that contained most of the Gundam series. I have started to watch Seed and it has become very interesting. Good series, good characters, good overall.

Gundam 00 by far, not only did it have classic gundam action, but real drama, and it outclassed all other series and its only half way done
