This tournament will comprise two main divisions, One for male and another for female characters.
Nomination of Characters:
1. Where will the character come from? From anime, including OVAs and movies. At least
120 characters per division can participate the tournament.
2 Indicate the name then title of the series. eg. Kamio Misuzu - Air
3. Please group your nominations into the two divisions.
eg. Male div
i. Male A - Series A
ii. Male B - Series B
iii. Male C - Series C
Female div
i. Female A - Series A
ii. Female B - Series B
iii. Female C - Series C
4. No limit on nominating as long as you think of them as 'moe' / 'smexy' / 'hot'

2. How long will it last?
--- duration of each poll will depend on each round. In case of a tie, we will either extend the time limit or have a
special voting.
3. I am not a member of Vote, can I vote?
--- yes you can, no one is retricting you not to do so, but we would be glad to have you join our group :)
4. How to support our characters?
--- unlike our previous tournament wherein we just voted for our favorite char, we all are required to post pictures of the character we are supporting Images should only be on the accepted
Minitokyo level, meaning no genitalia, no penetration, no sex scenes.=
NO Hentai, Ecchi OK.
5. Where to post these pictures?
--- at the corresponding threads containing the same character
1st Preliminary:
1. The characters are to be divided into groups of 10. The grouping will be done by a randomizer program.
2. Vote up to 6 characters.
3. The top 3 are qualified to the elimination round. Ranked 4th and 5th goes to the 3rd preliminary round. The remaining
5 are to undergo in the 2nd preliminary.
2nd preliminary:
1. They are again to be reshuffled.
2. 4 characters will be voted this time.
3. Top 4 will proceed to the last preliminary round.
3rd preliminary:
1. same as 2nd preliminary with the Top 4 going to the elimination round.
Elimination Round 1: 'Team Battle'
1. The members of the team will again be assigned by the randomizer.
2. A team will face off another team with the winning team gaining the right on the next round. The losers will still
advance as long as their team wins.
3. 5 matchups on each team fight. Member#1 is to go against the Member#1 of the opposite team, Member#2 vs Member#2 so
on and so forth.
4. First one to get 3 'W' wins.
5. No tiebreaker, a draw is a draw. Instead we will have an additional match between the characters with the highest
percentage of vote of their respective team. If it turns out to be a draw again, the next highest will try to decide the
battle.
The following rounds will be on a knockout format.
