Thumbnail looks fine but accessing full-size image

returns an error that says the image is corrupted.

The best way to take care of this is to report the image itself, rather than making a thread out of this. There's a Report function in the Options section of each gallery item you're viewing them.
There is nothing you can do... yes I've lost my faith in you.

If you do make a thread though make sure to post to the actual gallery item page. Posting a link to the enlarged image where the corrupt message shows helps us in no way.
