I take my time as well on Anime but some just confuse me in terms of "did it end?" because I can't find the next one, but it ended either bluntly/blandly or it had a "Next Episode Preview" but no next episode.

The One I can finish anytime, but watching mainly 1 by 1:
"Needless"

"Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood" [Still ongoing, for me]
"Hayate no Gotoku; Second Season" [Had a Preview, but no next one]
