1) CLAMP-- I don't think that CLAMP has ever surpassed Clover in terms of the quality of their artwork and arrangement
of their panels.
2) Hyung Tae Kim
3) Ugetsu Hakua
4) Miwa Shirow--I've been blown away by the artwork from DOGS, even if the plot is somewhat lacking.
