Depends on who's bleeding and how much.

If it's me, it's more of a "oh crap" reaction. And, if it's that thing that comes once a month, I get pretty annoyed because I never expect it. I also though thinking very, very angry thoughts, and curse the fact that it always comes early.

If someone else is bleeding, it's like "oh, that sucks". xD

When I see blood its usually along the lines of *mind blank stares* with a hint of naturally starting to go for first aid (seriously it sometimes feels like my body moves on its own while I'm thinking other things, think of it as walking in two opposite directions xD )

blood - I tend to think, oh bugger, not again. :D...I'm pretty clumsy. On other people I just immediately go and see if I can help.

If it's painful, then I tend to react by hyperventilating...which is bad.
