It's not a bug...
As you can read... it said...Quote:
The specified gallery item has either been deleted or doesn't exist.
So that means, it isn't in the database anymore. Maybe because it is a duplicate of another scan or maybe it's harsh or over the rules of Minitokyo. :)

Indeed it is as princessmeyrin023 said. This isn't a bug and that item has long since been deleted from the gallery for whatever reason. As such it isn't in the database anymore.
So, no need for this to be open.
