Hmm...Well exercise is the most used way but for me it's walking it's simpler and actually doesn't cost anything at all...Try walking for umm...3 miles(my average walking distance a day) or so

My friend told me to eat more veggies than meat ^_^
Also everyday exercise is a must...it can be fast walk or run about an hour I think ^^

I just got plump after I stopped practicing Muay Thai...I guess walking is good after all.

Try putting weights as well if you don't want to try walking long distances or do both for double the effort

There are foods you like to eat and are healthy.
Choose them.
But those food are typically more expensive though... at least to me.


You gotta excercise more. You probably ain't got that attitude to do so. You need to pick a friend who does and stick with them.

Eat smaller meals, more frequent.
Like Subways, i pick a foot long, eat half of it there, and the other half when i reach home/office.

Salmon Oil helps if you excercise. Burns fat faster.

I've been being more careful about eating and have lost over 10 pounds in the past couple of months. I know this doesn't sound like a lot, but you really shouldn't lose weight too quickly, as the quicker you lose weight the more apt you are to gain it back. One pound a week or less even, is good, two pounds is excellent but harder to maintain.

I liked to eat a lot of fast food and convenience foods. I am slowly making the change to eating more home cooked meals. I am trying to be a bit healthier with those, but not going full nuts and changing my entire life. I still have fast food occasionally, I still eat sweets sometimes, but overall I try to cook and plan my foods at home.

I also have come to really enjoy going to the gym. If you can afford it, get a membership at a gym with some amenities. My gym has a sauna, a hot tub, a pool, basketball, and racquetball, as well as the regular weight training/cardo. There are also classes every month that are included with my $30 fee. You can usually haggle with the people to get a better deal on your membership as well, or go when they're having a special and try to lock in a better price.

I try to go to the gym at least three days a week. I also go with a friend so I don't get bored and lonely. We normally have a really good time, and it helps me sleep well and feel better.

i became bulimic, but that's the wrong way to do it

just workout the main part of your body you want fixed.. run for better legs... crunches for tummy ect..

although bulimia worked for me i dont think your supposed to do it

A very easy way to lose weight is to eat a large breakfast. It might sound strange to have to eat to get thinner, but it will jump start your metabolism.

Also working out every day is not necessary, 4 to 5 times a week is enough. It can be anything from running/walking, to weightlifting, so long as its something for about an hour or 2.

You should try and start drinking water, if you drink soda. Also if you happen to be a fast eater than try and slow down when eating, but this may or may not work for you depending how your body is.

If you follow these things then I don't think you will have to worry about any weight problems you might have.

When nothing makes sense, I'll fight believing only in myself.

1. Take NAVY Seal's training........okay but really, get back into Muay Thai >.> excersice for longer and longer periods everyday and pray for a higher metabolism >.>

Eat healthy and excersice regulary. Don't forget that you CAN'T eat anything AFTER 7.00pm (this is the most important things to remember!). It works on me ^^

try endurance training. Running for more than 30min at a time probably works. I remember my high school chemistry teacher, a mother of two, whose legs were the envy of the whole student population.

Eating healthy - especially less protein - will help you become slimmer, but you should take care and still eat some red meats (or beans if you prefer)! o: Exercising also helps, of course. Lay off of packing on the muscle. Um... Um...

I wish I was better informed about this sort of thing, but I'm naturally thin with a high metabolism. D; I've never had to deal with staying slim. ALTHOUGH, some people aren't meant to be as slim as they want to be. o: That should be kept in mind.
