I like all of them, but Vergil is pretty cool with his sword techniques (it remembers me of battoujutsu :D) ~ And i like
the skills Nero has shown in DMC4...so my list is:

I like all three of them
But I guess Dante is top of my list (Nero second and Virgil last) just because Dante has that ultimate badassness about him and Nero is just a rookie in comparison. Plus I loved how Dante was just playing around with Nero most of the time.
