Because scans do not require a title anymore, there still has to be a clickable link, so now it auto-generates a title for the notifications.

The past few days this bug appeared once again for me.
As you can see, the SCANS that usually have a name with a link that i can click on don't appear. I can click on "Kitten" link becuz is a wallpaper, i presume.
