What do you think of hollywood trying to make live adaptations of anime ?

I hate hollywood now.they're just so unoriginal these days.All they do is look for a book,T.V.show ,comic,etc and then change it to make a film based on it.Now they're doing it to Anime.IDK why americans cant leave some things alone.for example when i heard they were going to do a Cowboy Bebop movie i pictured it in my head,and i imagined it cool, but americans tend to ruin original stuff just for the money and then the film winds up being total CRAP.

And now they are doing the same to my beloved FULL METAL PANIC. WhyTF is Zac efron in talks about FMP. If ZAc is Sagara I will go on a RAMPAGE.

well thus far I have not been impressed with is, db is probably a start with a long list of mistakes from what I've heard about cowboy bebop it's suppose to be a mess too

Hollywood should burn in Hell for what they did to Dragonball. The movie looks horrible. Fuck you Hollywood, fuck you...

I showed my brother the trailer of the Dragonball movie and he was so mad! He ranted about how much they messed it up. I also heard about an English live-action of Death Note but I'm not sure if it is true or not. The people in Hollywood also ruin the Japanese horror movies that they remade. Dark Water is Japanese is so scary but the English version was so boring.

Although, I'm actually looking forward to the Cowboy Bebop movie cause Keanu Reeves it playing as Spike. I luv Keanu Reeves! <3

I heard the Death Note Movies weren't that bad.
Prince of Tennis wasn't bad, but they kind of killed it with whole unrealistically realistic sparks flying.

yah DB is so messed up i didnt bother of watching it at the movies trailer is enough to prove it..but honestly im looking fowards to cowboy beebop and death note..keanu reeves deserves the role and he really looks resemblance to spike..let's see to the death note how will they portray it!

No! DBZ was bad! You just can't turn anime into live action. I mean half the colouring is just impossible like green or pink hair.

Death Note was alright but that's cause it is a realistic manga. The Bleach muscial wasn't bad either, but it's a musical not movie.

i also heard of a death note and Zac Effron connection. I hope he does get his hands on two anime movies (FMP as the other)

i think hollywood shouldn't do live action films. not only do they mess up th plot line, but they also cast the wrong people for the wrong roles.
i know my opinion doesnt have much research in it but i am basing it on wat i have seen so far.
