I happen to think to different things. Shizuku could be C.C.'s real name =)
It means waterdrop in english^^ But, in one of the episodes, Lelouch says that she is selfish and she says "I'm C.C. after all." So another word for selfish is conceited. So maybe Constantly Conceited? Something like that... All the clues they drop in the manga and anime don't always match. I mean, how is a waterdrop selfish? Also Shizuku doesn't begin with a "C". So it really could be any of it. But I kinda hope it's Shizuku. It's such a cute name. :)
