1st Preliminary:
1. The characters are to be divided into groups of 10. The grouping will be done by a randomizer program.
2. Vote up to 6 characters.
3. The top 3 are qualified to the elimination round. Ranked 4th and 5th goes to the 3rd preliminary round. The remaining
5 are to undergo in the 2nd preliminary.
2nd preliminary:
1. They are again to be reshuffled.
2. 3 characters will be voted this time.
3. Top 3 will proceed to the last preliminary round.
3rd preliminary:
1. same as 2nd preliminary with the Top 2 going to the elimination round.
Elimination Round 1: 'Team Battle'
1. The members of the team will again be assigned by the randomizer.
2. A team will face off another team with the winning team gaining the right on the next round. The losers will still
advance as long as their team wins.
3. 5 matchups on each team fight. Member#1 is to go against the Member#1 of the opposite team, Member#2 vs Member#2 so
on and so forth.
4. First one to get 3 'W' wins.
5. No tiebreaker, a draw is a draw. Instead we will have an additional match between the characters with the highest
percentage of vote of their respective team. If it turns out to be a draw again, the next highest will try to decide the
battle.
The following rounds will be on a knockout format.
