Is it possible to install different Language Pack w/o the Windows CD? I can't seem to find it & some
Japanese/Chinese sites keep bugging me on installing it.

These will not work as they're MUI which changes the entire system interface to that selected language.
The OP will need a XP CD.
Btw, those are update files, the real ones (comes on a disc) are like 200-300MBs.- May 13, 2009

i suggest leaving language packs alone if possible. Windows xp has many issue's with them depending on the language....

If you want different language unicode support you'll need the windows XP CD (or the setup files on your hdd), i for one use 3 different unicodes with the japanese one mainly active and it hasnt affected my windows in any way, as for Language Packs at least the one for my language su.. badly i prefer the default one.
