I like mainly... vertebrates. Chicken, pork, beef and some fish. I've eaten rattlesnake and tastes like chicken.
I don't like very much winkle nor shrimp nor lobster; and I just hate octopuss and squid and clams

I don't think I've ever had a really good steak, so I don't really like beef unless it comes nicely minced in a patty.
I love eating certain kinds of fish, done right: salmon, dory, mackerel. Mmmmmm. Squid is nice, but I don't like eating them too often -- same with shellfish and crustaceans.
Chicken is what I usually eat, but it gets boring. I love dried scallops in my rice and pork ribs. And there's a place near where I stay that does really good stir-fried venison in black sauce.

Beef and chicken are great for making burritos, but what if prefer is a good fish, especially a well prepared cod or lobster. mmmmm. Getting hungry just thinking about it.
