Lovely Complex by Aya Nakahara is undoubtedly the funniest manga I have ever read. They're just so goofy and crazy! >///<
Aside from that, Skip Beat is one of my favorites, but not as a comedy genre. It's not that funny to me. >>;;
But one of my favorites isn't up there. Love Attack (Junai Tokko Taicho!) by Shizuru Seino is pretty hilarious.
