This topic is to report tags needing attention in some way: -Duplicate tags: can be merged by a moderator -Incorrect tag type: tags are by default created as a theme; report here if they should be something else. -Tag hierarchy: eg. if a character tag is still orphaned you can report it here. -Aliasing: request aliases for tags. -Tag description: such as plot synopsis for a series, post here as well. Please post tags as links. [i]Processed posts will get deleted, so if your posts has vanished all the requests should have been carried out :)[/i] Cancel

My dear Elites friends, just a quick note from me :) When editing mangakas, please remember we use 'given name' first and 'family name' second. (e.g.: correct tag is Eiichiro Oda and alias is Oda Eiichiro) This is the rule, unless we want to change it, of course. Bye~ Cancel

For example, the Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny categories contain same characters (Kira Yamato, Lacus Clyne, for example), should we separate the Lacus and Kira from Gundam SEED from the Lacus and Kira from Gundam SEED Destiny? (right now it's kept together, so that every time you tag something with "Lacus" or "Kira Yamato", you end up with both series, which I find kind of annoying ^^;; ) Cancel

What about characters from series that are sequels of others? For example, the Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny categories contain same characters (Kira Yamato, Lacus Clyne, for example), should we separate the Lacus and Kira from Gundam SEED from the Lacus and Kira from Gundam SEED Destiny? (right now it's kept together, so that every time you tag something with "Lacus" or "Kira Yamato", you end up with both series, which I find kind of annoying ^^;; )

(right now it's kept together, so that every time you tag something with "Lacus" or "Kira Yamato", you end up with both series, which I find kind of annoying ^^;; )[/quote] erm but i somehow find it annoying to have same character listed twice, why dont we just get rid of parent tags for those cases? or, its technically not wrong that the characters are featured in both series so it might make sense to have them both that way people can find each character under both series, even if the wall itself isnt from that part of the series. alternatively, i like to just merge sequels with the original (like is there REALLY a reason to separate code geass r1 and r2? it annoys me because i just want to view them all at once..)
