I think its something along the lines of "Anata ga shinu." It may be a bit different based on the context of what's happening or who's saying it, but that should be close.

To die (verb): shinu, しぬ, 死ぬ

When you're telling someone to die, it's shine (しね)

Echoes Bern: If you want to say "DIE!" it's shine

You could also say "Please die"= Shinde Kudasai (if you wanted to be polite ;))

But, if you were meaning "You will die" in terms of "I will kill you" you could also say "Omae wo korosu."

depends on how you wanna convey it
literally, you will die with no negative connotation is "anata ga shinu/shinimasu"
you can replace anata with any other subject
"shine" is slang, and extremely rude
shinde kudasai is "polite" (but when is saying that ever polite)
shininasai is the same as the above, but more commanding

so what would be the proper way to calmly arrogantly/disrespectfully reply "you will die" in response to somone's intended action?

such as "his" intent to attack me.

i have a little time....so i want to get my response right :)

Is this a friend? I mean... Zerowing kinda broke down each way of saying it with their connotation. Disrespectfully would probably use "omae" or "teme" (both considered rude ways of saying "you").

Calmly arrogant would probably be more like "Do you want to die?" (Shinitai no ka?)

Hope that helps!
