I do but then i dont. It can be really tasteless at times and when a storyline is really good and you can get into it, ecchi can sometimes mess it up pretty badly. however, some shows are based off of ecchi (mostly harem) and actually do very well that way. so to answer you question completely: Yes as long as its used in moderation.
