The current happnenings in the Forums in MT has inspired me to create this RP. The end of an era that spurred anew...

To the old-time RP'ers... sorry for the title, I couldn't come up of anything better, Jas' gonna beat me up with this...X_X

plot:(I won't be too specific with the plot. I'll leave the rest of the details with you guys as we go along)

Arjuna, the goddess of harmony...

Mephiles, the god of discord...

The world once hang on a balance where its future is at stake. The two deities has summoned the greatest warriors from the six parallel dimensions (fire, water, earth, wind, lightning and ice) to fight for the fate of the world.

The long and hard-fought war is brought to an end...

... a brutal end...

Warriors of darkness has developed itself into an inexhaustible force that led to the death of Arjuna. However, before she has been completely perished she has bid the warriors to look for the elemental relics before the world is completely destroyed.

Now, it's a matter of time before the world sinks into the dark void and it is in the hands of the surviving warriors of the light to find their elemental relics in order to save the world.

Ok...ground rules...
1.All players must be active... dammit!
2.No god moding and overkilling (killing hoards of enemies in one single attack)
3.No spamming, flaming or doing anything that would piss off other RPers
4.The relics only respond to those of the same element
5.Can create combo attacks by combining the elements (as in working together)
6.I'll give you liberty in what approach you would do towards the story. THIS IS A FREAKIN' ROLEPLAY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD (lol). Let's say one character brings in mechs and stuff while another decides to nuke the whole place with magic attack... and stuff... it's okay as long as it doesn't go against any of the rules stated above.
7.no SPEED POSTING! let's keep a max of 3 posts per day okay guys?
8.In case anyone gets lost in the story, THE REST OF THE RPers ARE OBLIGED TO SUMMARIZE WHAT HAPPENED WHILE HE/SHE WAS GONE, or at least at the part where he/she is confused.

Lightning Wings(unspoken) - a supplimentary skill that enables patch to boost himself in mid-air.
Raikougiri - charges his ClampBlade and releases an electrically charged projectile when he swings his sword.
Ikusen Jinsoku Shurai - a set of 1000 continuous slashes at a lightning-fast succession at the enemy.
Shinseki-ryu: Dairendan - Patch's version of Cloud Strife's "Omnislash". makes a combo of 8 consecutive slashes at the enemy from random positions. then slashes the enemy from above.
Shinseki-ryu: Inazumaken - Patch's version of Cloud Strife's "Braver". He dashes towards the enemy with lightning element endowed on his Lumina, then strikes the opponent head on and spins to make a downward slash slamming the enemy against the ground.
main weapon: Lumina (a sword similar to cloud strife's in FFVII advent children, it is in its Basic Form)

((@lance: let me share something, actually in my original sketch the goddess of harmony is really supposed to be Athena, however I changed the name since I expected that you're gonna be asking. anyways, if I really did name her Athena, I thought that you'd probably have a hard time since the goddess of harmony is supposed to die in the beginning of the story and I'm afraid you'd be restricted in your actions with respect to Athena... so I decided to leave the "Athena" to you...))

Name: Alsiel Armagus

Personality: Level-headed, but quite sarcastic at times. Personality completely changes when in battle, almost as if he was possessed...
Weapon: A long, crescent dual-bladed scythe named Abyssmal Hyperion. Under certain circumstances, able to split into two, but with only one blade on each scythe.
Secondary weapon: A long Katana with strange markings on the hilt that he calls the Glacial Edge. He uses this more than Hyperion, due to the side effect it leaves on him for fighting too long.
Element: Ice
Race: Half human, Half demon(due to an encounter with a unknown entity when he was young.)

Abilities: Scythe of the Gods: Retribution - At a cost of sacrificing speed. able to nearly double his attacking power and defensive ability.

Scythe of the Gods: Temptation - At a cost of cutting his attacking power in half, able to move a blinding speeds, creating afterimages, and teleportation.

Dividing the Heavens: Blizzard - A skill which he brings down his scythe with alarming speed and power, causing a massive shockwave that freezes the enemy, then slams it down a second time, which obliterates anything within the shockwaves' radius.

Icicle Gale Prison - After spinning scythe around violently, able to create a tornado of ice shards that cuts and blows away his enemies.

Blizzard Maelstrom - After creating a magic circle on the ground and plunging his katana into it, creates a large circle in the sky that rains down countless shards of ice on the enemy.

End of Suffering - Only usable when scythe is split into two. A skill which engulfs the area in a cloud of thick mist to confuse the enemy, then proceeds to teleport around, mercilessly slashing the enemy around repeatedly, then finishes with a powerful spinning overhead slash that blows away the mist, and the enemy.

Be My Blade - After stabbing an enemy with Abyssmal Hyperion, able to increase power for a short time by stealing a portion of life energy from the enemy.

Also, if he uses Hyperion for too long, his urge for bloodlust will take over, forcing him into a killing frenzy, due to his half demonic heritage.

Appearance: Long, jet-black hair, blue eyes, black pants, with glowing medallions that hangs off a chain on both sides, black boots, a white and gray vest underneath a black hooded trenchcoat that is covered with ancient symbols. also wearing a azure clawed gauntlet on his right arm.

Personality: Alsiel's younger sister. Bright and optimistic, but also has a habit of getting on Alsiel's nerves, just to see how he reacts. Although knowing that her brother is half-demon, she has no problem with it.

Gender: Female
Element: Lightning
Weapon: Ethereal Scepter: Luminescence - a staff capable of devastating power, but she barely knows how to use it. When she relies on it too much, it causes her flow of energy to become unstable, firing at friend or foe with it's power.

Known Abilities: Tempest Lancer: After a brief chant, summons a giant lance of lightning to impale and electrocute the enemy.

Radial Sickle: A skill which allows her to fire blades of an unknown property at the enemy.

Dreaded Radius: After slamming her scepter into the ground, she can launch a massive wall of lightning that surrounds her and shoots off in all directions.

Aura Spark: A skill which allows her to create a second scepter, then with it's combined power, she launches gigantic spheres of electricity one after another at her enemy.

Appearance: Crimson eyes, long blue hair(but usually keeps it in a ponytail.) Wears a long blue robe that splits on both sides at the hip and stops at the feet. Also has magic symbols embedded on her skin.

Beginning of the End

*All of the remaining warriors of the light assemble in the midst of the wide grassy plain, seemingly expecting something from the far end of the savannah... And what they were waiting for has arrived. The warriors of darkness march forward with hoards of beasts, monsters and other grotesque figure behind them.

The clouds above the both parties converged. Swirling clouds descended above the two sides. one materializes into a dark figure wearing a black manteau with gigantic and fearsome wyvern wings spreads out from its back and its hood revealing only its illuminating eyes in blue flame. Another a female figure covered in illuminating aura with a notably small crystal embedded on her forehead and with three pairs of huge angelic wings that cover her almost naked body covered only by her aura.

On the side of the Warriors of Darkness was Mephiles, the god of discord...

On the side of the Warriors of Light was Arjuna, the goddess of harmony...

As soon as Mephiles points his black flame covered skeletal hand towards the Warriors of Light, the hoard rushed towards the other end where the warriors took their stance as the setting sun slowly sinks against the horizon.*

Hunched on its knees, it gazes about its surroundings, the soil breathing life into its stiffened legs. Lured to this world by an unseen voice, it rises to its feet in this new world, surrounded by several silhouettes by its side. Still unsure of the reasons why it is here, it gazes toward the distance, towards the multitude of fierce creatures rushing towards them. From within its core, it can feel the fire in their corrupted spirits, and the trembling of the soil beneath their feet.

A cold sensation by its chained arm revives the truth that it is not alone, that 'she' is there; as the coldness begins to travel through its body, its eyes glow in a bluish tint while the chain bound to its left arm begins to unravel and dip into the soil by its feet, body tightening and becoming more free as the beasts draw closer.

A silent hiss escapes its lips as Revan raises his weapon from the earth, bracing before readying his weapon for the oncoming horde.

Title: Line Breaker
Age: 87 At time of death, 3 months into his new life.
Race: Humanoid Beast Monster
Gender: Male

Personality: Hemoth is a bit scattered when it comes to deep metaphorical issues and life lesions, but is a simple creature that enjoys the simple things of life, never bothering to overcomplicate things.
Abilities: Being a monster, he is physically strong and exhales a freezing cone.
Main weapon: Breath Weapon and limbs
Appearance: When full stretch out and standing reaches a height of 16 feet, normally lumbering about 12 feet tall, with hoofed feet and beast-like limbs. His upper torso, human in shape, is covered in thick wooly hair. Hemoth bears a goat-like head, half covered in an iron helm. Hemoth as random pieces of metal plates and rings (salvaged from battle) strapped to his body for protection.

Other Info: In one of the regions of the Realm of Ice, a kind prince entered a civil war with a wicked rouge queen who was aspiring to claim the throne for herself. The expanse was engulfed in a municipal war. The two where locked in battle with only the means they had at hand, with a greater evil about the dimensions, no one had time to look after a pesky area that was fighting with itself.

The fight raged on and the queen found herself with plenty of cannon fodder, but not enough elite soldiers or war machines left to make an offensive to penetrate the front lines of the Prince’s loyalists. She herd that this section of the realm was one drenched in many monsters that where killed of many moons ago by the people that walked the land so long ago. She had her researchers and casters dig up remains of anything they could find berried deep in the ice. It was not long before they had discovered an uncountable amount of creature remains frozen in time. She commanded her casters to combine magic with the remains to rebirth all of these beasts, they would make a fine attack force.

Hemoth was one such pawn, having to spend the first two months of his new life on the battle field. At first chance he had, he fled the slaughter grounds and maid his way across the planes.

The Thundering storm of gathering armies had wakened Hemoth from his slumber. Dazed eyes darted around the thick of brush that he lay under. He awkwardly climbed to his feet and tumbled out of his hidden napping whole. His patch of brush lay on the edge of tall, wind woven grass that bordered thick forestry in every direction except heading towards the plains. He could see in, hazed in the distance, two forces, one standing, one charging. He was always put on line breaking and never on the defensive and caught his mind just about to wonder what it was like for the soldiers who where readied to meet the assault.

“Left home at war, visited war at some one else's home.”

He was never one for Irony (as often it took to much to think about) but he could feel it distinctly in his guts.

With the back of the blade of his Lumina weighed on his shoulder, he leaned at his back seeing the hords of mixed beasts, warriors, mechs and what's not charging towards their position.

Patch: Here we go... *smirk*

he swings his blade and takes his stance. as the horde reaches the striking range, some pounces at them. Patch spins and swings his blade slashing the about three incoming beasts. Since then creatures started to attack them, left and right. He fended off each one with a slash from his Lumina..

front, right, left, above, even behind..

Patch:KEEP 'EM COMING!

He charges up his blade with lightning energy, spins it twice around him which creates a electric spiral that surges enemies that come near, then as he ends with a swing, he creates a crescent electric projectile that wipes out several enemies before him. More enemies appeared and charges him.

Patch: this is really getting frustrating...EM-Blades!

electromagnetic hoverblades appear beneath the sole of his shoes. He skates backwards, sweeping enemies that chases him with his Giant Blade.

Patch:EM-Blow!

electrical wave bursts out of his EM-Blades blasting the enemies around him and throwing him airborne. While in mid-air he puts his blade back to the sheath behind him and charges up lightning energy in his fists behind him. He also sees the myriads of enemies to come.

Patch:*sighs* oh please... anyways, let me show you crackpots my signature Hissatsu Waza! MAXIMUM CHARGE: LIGHTNING STRIKE!

he thrusts his palms before him and releases a huge lightning strike towards the enemies and explodes.

Alsiel: More enemies, huh. Engaging. *Snaps his fingers and a magic circle appears beside him, plunges his hand into the circle and pulls out his scythe Hyperion*

Aethereia: You sound so lifeless, brother. *Summons her Scepter*

Alsiel: Save it. To arms.

*Plunges his scythe into the ground and freezes the enemies around him, then shatters them with a single stroke of his Hyperion*

Alsiel: ...And yet more fall to the cold blade. Whoever these other guys are, it looks like they're holding their own quite well...

Aethereia: Don't count me out! I didn't even get to attack yet!

Alsiel: Then you'd do well if you'd covered me then.

Aethereia: Right!

*Alsiel charges at the next mob of enemies with a slight grin on his face*

On the soil below, the land beasts are smashed into the air by violent strikes from its whip. Hound-like beasts roar into the sky, their cries of battle falling upon deaf ears as Revan races forward, binding one by the leg before swinging it towards it's brethren in a cunning smash.

Before it can react, a beast bites into Revan's arm, tearing away with jagged teeth in an attempt to sever the arm.

Reven remains unphased, eyes glowing as a voice escapes from his hidden lips.

*female voice*: "...Bad move."

With a dead hand, Revan chokes the beast by the neck, tearing it free from its dirty meal before throwing it with a mighty heave back towards the advancing horde. More beasts approach: some on two legs, some on many many more. Eyes glowing, Revan stomps the ground with tremendous effort, foot becoming one with the grassy soil. As the earth begins to quiver and tremble, the ground splits beneath the approaching threat, erupting into several jagged spikes which impale several beasts from below while others are swallowed by the growing fissures.

From amidst the splitting cracks, several monsters emerge, joining their much larger brethren for a group attack. Gazing towards the threat, Revan tilts its head from side to side, trails of dust spilling as its neck cracks. Eyes glowing for an instant, it races forward, swinging its whip in defense as it cleaves its way through the horde.

*As Patch slashes the enemies numbers down, he thinks to himself*

Alsiel: "Quite impressive...and a lively one at that."

*Spins his scythe around a few times and throws it at the mob of enemies circling them, shattering them, and then returning to his hand. he then responds to Patch*

Alsiel: Take one ancient metal staff, enchant it with a few glyphs, add two crescent moon blades made of ice on both ends, and there you have Hyperion. It's nothing special.

*more enemies appear above him, but their combined attack fails as a massive lance of lightning disintegrates them*

Aethereia: Not too bad, eh?

Alsiel: You're getting better at this. keep it up.

*Continues rushing through the enemy ranks, slicing them apart*

Jack sees the fresh horde of enemy's come towards him baying for blood he puts his weapons away and charges them his claws elongating as he leaps full into them
he starts methodically cutting into them tearing away limbs and other body parts of creatures much more monstrous then he jumps on on and snaps their throat

Without hesitation, Ichiro leaps into the air and comes down with a tremedous force.
A force strong enought to make the earth shatter.

*Sismic Shock*

A whole horde of beast when tumbling through the air as Ichiro finishes his attack.

Ichiro: *Huffing* heh, heh, eh. Take that!

Ichiro: *Ngh* I over did it again.

Ichiro's right arm suffers majorly after the attack.

As the warriors of light continue to fend off the seemingly endless horde of darkness that continues to charge the group, someone from afar has channeled his energy in the palm of his hand...

... and with a silent incantation, the energy shoots and pierces the very heart of the Goddess of harmony...

It seemed that time has stopped when Arjuna collapsed and fell to the ground before the warriors of light.

It left the warriors stunned on what they have witnessed. But with the last ounce of her strength, the Goddess she uttered these words before she has completely perished:

"I'm afraid that I have lost the battle.. Now it will be a matter of time before the world is consume in the flames of darkness... I beseech you, find the relic that will aid you to your quest, to save the world. Your hearts will direct you to your relic, find them, and they will give you... hope..."

and in that instant, she vanishes into thin air as the group retreats from the battle..
