[b]A plot against the Emperor[/b] [b]Story[/b] The year is 1561 and rumours have been circulated throughout Kansai (Central East Japan) and Chugoku (Central West Japan). These rumours whispered through the provinces until the words of a plot against the Emperor reached the ears of the many Daimyo, the weakened Ashikaga Shogunate and people from every walk of life. Each rumour tells a tail of deceit from every man in power and fingers are pointed with cries of war swiftly following. Some remain stalwart to the chaos which is ensuing but few can stay so for long. The life of the Emperor has been threatened and some Daimyo come to his aid. However, others gather to depose him, others who see this chaos as an opportunity for revenge, to gain power or to deal with old enemies. ______________________________ Although the modern day capital is at Tokyo, it was originally situated at Kyoto. Just thought I’d add that for the people who don’t know. ______________________________ Our characters in the Rp will be exceptional warriors and strategists who follow the Daimyo of Kansai and Chugoku. You don’t have to align yourself with a Daimyo. The world of this Rp is mean to be unrestricted. So while one character might be leading an army on Kyoto. Another might be leading an army against their Lord. If character 1 kills the Emperor and burns Kyoto to the ground, this is irreparable. Once a character dies they’re dead for good and Kyoto would have to be rebuilt. New characters can be created if an Rper’s character dies (though let’s try to avoid this) and also generic NPC characters can appear and die off. If a Daimyo is slain then his eldest son or closest vassal tends to take over, unless of course they all get killed as well. A plot against the Emperor

Story

The year is 1561 and rumours have been circulated throughout Kansai (Central East Japan) and Chugoku (Central West Japan). Our characters in the Rp will be exceptional warriors and strategists who follow the Daimyo of Kansai and Chugoku. You don’t have to align yourself with a Daimyo.

The world of this Rp is mean to be unrestricted. So while one character might be leading an army on Kyoto. Another might be leading an army against their Lord.

If character 1 kills the Emperor and burns Kyoto to the ground, this is irreparable. Once a character dies they’re dead for good and Kyoto would have to be rebuilt. New characters can be created if an Rper’s character dies (though let’s try to avoid this) and also generic NPC characters can appear and die off.

If a Daimyo is slain then his eldest son or closest vassal tends to take over, unless of course they all get killed as well. So through this an Rper’s character can become a Daimyo if they wish.

Han can create a powerful illusion, said to have destroyed the mental structure of a nation. Once the target/s senses are under the influence of Han's chi ability, Han will create the illusion that they are trapped on a dream-like moon, of which Han can control all physics of. In the real world this doesn't affect the target physically, but almost kills them mentally. Anyone who can control Chi, can break out of this illusion.

((I need to add the Daimyo's, including the 2 you guys created. It won't take too long)) [b]Unizaki:[/b] Its a good profile but in order to stick to the Template you'll have to change a few things. You might find the rare Demon Slayer in almost any country so thats fine I guess =P For your elements can you choose 1 out of those 4. Also there wasn't any machina technology in Feudal Japan, or anything you've got listed in your special abilities section. Just general stuff: Only the character types I listed or similar types you've thought of are able to use Nature Influencing Magic. Plus can you have no more than 2 special abilities. Just place the strongest two you've thought of as Specials and the rest as normal ones. The first makes Sanjiro transparent, this allows him to blend into the night. Once he has immobilised his target 8 other images are formed and the target is surrounded by all 9 in a star formation. Unizaki: Its a good profile but in order to stick to the Template you'll have to change a few things. You might find the rare Demon Slayer in almost any country so thats fine I guess =P
For your elements can you choose 1 out of those 4.
Also there wasn't any machina technology in Feudal Japan, or anything you've got listed in your special abilities section.

Just general stuff: Only the character types I listed or similar types you've thought of are able to use Nature Influencing Magic.
Plus can you have no more than 2 special abilities. Just place the strongest two you've thought of as Specials and the rest as normal ones.

Hate to sound like a wet blanket to creativity guys but there are some guidelines.

Weapon/s: Chinese Compass backed with a brass mirror (kinda hard to explain so I'll just leave it to your imagination) Element: All 5 elements in the chinese feng shui charts (Fire, earth, water, metal, wood). Combinations of these would lead to manipulation of other elements as well but these are the main ones. Special Attack: -5 Element Blast: (Combination attack which contains all elements creating one huge, powerful, and destructive blast...can only be used once every 24 hours...needs time to recharge unless you charge it with your own life force...which of course can be potentially fatal) -Goddess Dance: (Dance + Energy infused fighting style which pretty much takes out everyone in her path...requires about a quarter to half the amount of elemental energy needed for the 5 Element Blast...The difference is that the 5 Element Blast pretty much destroys everything when this is aimed at specific targets chosen by the wielder...Can be chosen to be used to either stun or kill targets...lasts for 15 mins or more depending on the amount of energy available or infused) -5 Element Dance: (Combination of the blast and the dance. Also, I hadn't been feeling that well and now I've managed to get sick -_- I'm feeling very tired and creative thinking will have to wait until I can think clearly again. ((I hope you don't mind me making a prologue for myself... >__<)) ... 1561... A year has passed when Imagawa has lost from Oda Nobunaga's forces. It was not long when Tokugawa Ieyasu joined forces with Nobunaga, along with Hattori Hanzo. It was not long until Kamiyama Enkei has heard the news about the fall of Imagawa in Okehazama from a messanger. Enkei: so... after Inou and Ukino, Okehazama.. Counsel Sekiya: My lord, if this continues, Oda's forces will continue to Azukizaka. If that will be possible, Ikkou ikki will most probably oppose his campaign. Enkei: "Ikkou Ikki"? Counsel Sekiya: yes my lord. Ikkou Ikki... a band of monks and peasants who oppose the shogun. Enkei: is that so... I can't say I don't oppose Nobunaga, however, I can't let him take Echizen. *a messenger rushes inside the main hall* messenger: my lord. Nobunaga's men are spotted south from here. They have made an outpost there. Enkei: Yashamaru.. I want you to go there and investigate. If they make any form of hostility, try not let them get into the southern outposts. *Yashamaru emerges from the shadows of the Daimyo's hall, kneeling* Yashamaru: understood. *the ninja suddenly disappears in an instant* Enkei: tell the guards in the southern outposts to fortify. we can't afford to get sieged.. Messenger: yes, my lord! *the messenger rushes outside and rides his horse below in the darkness of the night.* Cancel
