Minitokyo is getting a new layout! Yes, that's right... it's finally almost here! It should go live in a couple of weeks.
Unfortunately, your old userpage skins will not work on the new layout D8
edit: In preperation of the new layout, you can now upload avatars up to 100x100px :D

So does that mean that we won't be able to customize our userpages at all once the new one goes up?

Actually take #1 has been discarded so this is take #2 :p
yes you'll be able to customize it using a new editor :)
