Hopefully putting this in here is right...

A very very dumb and silly question....But HOW can I learn to gfx? (I want that, I adore all people who can do this and make wallies or layouts or something else! I also want to do that, but I cant do it....I do not even understand what brushes, splashes, banners, tutorials, textures, PNG's,... are) I'm so silly!
So how can I make these/those banners and so (avas and even when someone makes a fav to thank them, for example this picus which most off all here have "Thanks for the fav or comment" and so on)! I want to learn that how to make it!
But where?
Can anybody please help me? It would be very nice and kind from you all!

But please make it so that idiot also can check it!

There are trial versions of Photoshop (newest version uses graphic acceleration), but if you want to keep it forever you will need to pay for it.
Other alternatives are GIMP or Paint.net, they don't have all the features found in PS, but it still gets the job done.

Go online and you'll find plenty of tutorials.

Stop staring at my sig! :P

photoshop tutorials are main keywords you need to use to find your happiness in finding and learning what you wish for.
e.g
http://bestphotoshoptutorials.net/
http://www.tutorialguide.net/design/adobe_photoshop/
http://www.photoshoproadmap.com/Photoshop-blog/2007/07/22/the-best-80-photoshop-text-effects-on-the-web/

and so many many more but you need to know what you want to do first...

maybe you don't really need it and something free such as Picasa or even Gimp for Windows are more than enough.

Use Gimp. It's easier and it's like Photoshop..

it's habit matters I guess. I tried Gimp in its early versions and found out PS gets me along easier ;-)
But when the interface of the coming will be really improved, I might switch for good.

Yeah..
But Gimp is faster, useful when you're on slower machine.
I'm using both PS and Gimp so maybe they're both the same.
Want quick, use Gimp.
Want quality and broad effects, use PS.
