The best thing to do would be to complete your piece and then upload it to a third party site (i.e.: imageshack). Then PM the Mod of the gallery (probably me?) with the link. Then we can check it ahead of time so you don't waste credits. ^_^
We generally don't allow colored in lineart (like manga scans) unless they're more akin to a vector...
