For those who have Windows 7 lately, what do you think?
What's your experiences compared to the deceiving Windows Vista?
Which is best between XP, VISTA and 7?

Seven is a very cool platform, if you would use 32bit or 64 depends on your hardware configuration, the whole system is stable and bug-free, the system feels fast and works fine, i always was a friend of win 98 and win xp but win7 is definitely the best i have seen and all should have it ;)
i don`t know any problems with permissions and compatibility on old games ;) but i use 32bit to play and 64 to programming.

bug-free? hummm too soon to say that, don't you think? such a thing cannot exist in this world for nothing is perfect, as long as it's made by humans ;-)
Having tried and been using it, I can say I'm more satisfied than when I first use and use VISTA.
Anyway, this time seems to be for a better Win system

I've been using win7 since its first beta came out, and I really liked the beta version of it. Now that I have full version of it, I like it even more :D
This works much better than vista and I really like the network options in win7. I currently have 64bit system installed because that way I can get all out of my pc. But I completely agree with evelluchia, anyone who has xp or vista should consider buying win7^^- Currently watching: Bleach

In Window 7 is the best. I like its libraries the most, it 's useful when you have files in different partitons on hard disk but want to group them in one folder

From a enthusiast perspective, I tend to disagree with him to a certain point.
Windows 7 and Windows Vista are both the exact same OS in terms of function and use. Windows 7 is build up on Vista and while there are some changes to the Windows 7 core itself as well as new added features, these features show no strong evidence or compelling reasons for a Vista user to make the switch.Windows Vista got itself a bad reputation mainly due to developers being lazy and can't write a stable driver, sellers who lacks knowledge and doesn't know the "real" requirement to run the OS and its features, and buyers who didn't do enough research and believing in what the seller says, thus getting themselves a cheap PC with weak hardware. If Windows Vista was to launch this year instead of originally launched 2 years ago, would people's view on it be different? Probably as the cheap PCs we get today for $350-500 cost up to near $1000 back then.
Now did MS introduced Windows 7 to kill of Vista? Not likely as IMHO, it's mostly geared towards XP users to move on so they can stop wasting time, resources, and millions of dollars supporting a 5+ year old OS. And if Windows 7 itself can't persuade XP users to make the switch, then on last trick up their sleeves is XP mode.
Out of all of this, this is how it goes...
If you XP users who avoided Vista mainly due to your software not working, and think Windows 7 will run your programs, well that won't happen. If your programs don't work in Vista, it's most likely won't work in Windows 7 unless you get XP mode going.
For XP mode, there are a few catches and that's
-You will have to get yourself the more expensive version of the OS. Starting with Windows 7 Professional
-Your processor must support hardware virtualization
-You must have the option to turn this feature on.Should XP users jump to Win7? Yes!
Should Vista users jump to Win7? It their own decisionFor me personally, I'll switch when Windows 8 arrives
Stop staring at my sig! :P

personally, it obviously seems to me that 7 consums less resources at startup than VISTA. Anyway... I prefer 7 to VISTA on most aspects
