One of the short hairstyles I like is Haruka Suzumiya's from Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, it was cute, as well Sakura Kinomoto's from CCS and Rei Ayanami's from Evangelion.
For medium length hair, I like Priss Asagiri' and Nene Romanova's hairstyles from the Bubblegum Crisis OVA.
My favorite hairstlyes for the long hair is Nayuki Minase and Mai Kawasumi's from Kanon and Kannabi-no Mikoto's from Air as well as Kyou Fujibayashi's of Clannad.

Depends. I like short cute hair with pins, but i also like long dark flowing hair....
