I wanted to complain because my wallpaper (Haruka is an angel ~) has been wrongfully removed
Meets all standards.
and is not simple, cost me my time.
Moreover, it was super cute (;_;)

The wallpaper has low quality, the main image is jagged
in alot of places and looks grainy. And the other two images in back
are pure scans that were put in back, no effort to change them means it's considered
low effort.

I'd recommend you ditch the two scans in back and focus
on the main scan in the midde. Either vector it or try to clean it more
using blur and then the blending modes, maybe soft light or lighten will help. ^^
