page 1 of 2 1 2 Next » 29 total items

just as the title implies, i suck at drawing female anatomy and i am worried, i can't pull of poses/positions and so all my drawings end up looking the same, i am only good at drawing cltohes/hair/head but im missing a huge element to drawing anime girls, and that of course is anatomy (well for me) with this problem i have hit a stump and can't produce artwork for my friends and fans :(

Oh yea i can't forget about my Subscribers on Youtube

if you want to check out my artwork or drawings, here is a link to my channel

You can check out some of the tips here... However, one tip would be to invest in one of those pose- able wooden dolls.

=The lampost can't stop crying=

You draw way better then me when it comes to manga- I don't want to hear it when it comes to failing epically XD

No seriously, you're doing fine! If you're so concerned, just keep on drawing. You'll get better as you progress.

Irony ain't dead- it's just exhausted from all the hard work.

Boredom is Dangerous

When it some to anatomy, I think the best way to learn is by using references =/
look at pictures you like and try that ways =D
Whether its real life or drawn, references is always a great help =D

Being Dead is easy
Being Alive, but bored is way crueler

Hey. You did it good anyway. I've watched your featured vid in YT, and wow, most of 'em are awesome. Mine is not even as great as yours!

But yeah, my problem is also in terms of "finishing all drawings", like you. And about the character's poses, I'm lacking ideas, so my character's poses looks more boring than before (coz some similar poses were used over and over). And mostly, although most of my drawings are my original characters, I'm still NOT as good as you.

Find me in YT as "HAVOCprojects".

Though I don't recommend doing this often, just as much as you need to get your muscles accustomed to the form, but tracing figures. I used to trace products to understand their form (I don't need to anymore because I understand NOW how things look in 3D, it helped out a lot though)

A couple other factors would include drawing fashion models from fashion photography. And getting a posable doll, just arrange it in any manner you wish.
