Pink Clare deletion and reupload

I uploaded one of my wallpapers in the wrong place and it was properlly deleted...but now I can't put it in the Wallpapers section! And I would like to know why, 'cause if the former file was deleted, than I should probably be able to put it in the right place.

Your wallpaper was deleted for being 1) over-filtered and 2) over brushed. Try submitting it to the Sandbox for further advice on how to fix it for resubmission.
