Recently, a Chobits scan of mine was deleted. It was the same size and quality of http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/431649. I would like a reason for the deletion or the return of my scan.

evaunit2, I've deleted your scan because it's smaller than the new one. Yours is only 3900x2660 pixels big, the other scan is 4727x3218 pixels big and better in quality/size. So I've had a good reason to delete it and that's why I will not restore it.
