For a while now I'll log in and it'll say I have '3 Notes' but when I click on it, there's nothing there. Is there something I'm missing? I have no notifications, private messages, etc. So why does it saw I have '3 Notes' all the time? ToT Also, for example, if I DO have, say, 5 messages, it'll say I actually have 8... Please, help ;O;

That's a known bug. Next message you get just click "Purge All" and that should take care of it.
Also, please search before creating new threads. There's already a bunch of threads on this same topic. ^_^
