ADSL
1532 kb/s down
160 kb/s up

the up sucks, i use BT a lot and it takes all the band. when i'm trying to upload info on the net it takes forever.

now i wished i had just gotten cable instead of dsl, still got 4 months left on dsl contract *sigh and this connection sucks when people call i sometimes lose connection and sending/recieving faxes i get disconnected

i'm also on a LAN with 3 other comps, slows down even more, they bitch about the slow up because of my BT uploading T.T

i feel the same way...haha.

ADSL 512/128Kbit, not especially fast but very stable, the only time the Net was down for me in the last three years was when some stupid roadworkers dug over the cables.

Cable modem for m:) I can't even look at dialup anymore.

Cable :
3Mb/s down 256Kb/s up

Just switched from DSL which was 768kb/s down 128kb/s up.

I use dial-up 56-k CRAP because cable is too expensive...T___T
question - why do they call it 56-k when mine only goes about 40 Kbps?
