Since I'm running a CyberCafe here, using wireless 64/8. means downst 64kbits/s and upst 8 kbits/s
And know what, I must pay this dedicated line for approx $ 370 a month!! with turtle speed connection!
goverment here at my country stated that since this line is for commercial use, the price is 10x from home-use.
My friend pays approx $ 35 with the same connection,wireless, and of course home use only.
Penalty here if caught home use line for commercial would be charged approx $ 10.000 ( just for info)- Sep 09, 2004

Im stuck on 56k forever!! Atleast until I move out. I live 7 miles from the nearest town so I cant get highspeed internet XO Although my connection is good for this area (49kbps)

Karoo Broadband 520 down, 250 up. Max down is 60kb/sec, max up is 25kb/sec

i think its 128 kbps for US$ 21.05 (RM80). My ISP is terrible, i can get over 100kbps in the first month but less than 30kbps after that.

VDSL operating at 100 Mbps. But in real world speed. I'm getting 65 to 68 Mbps. Which i'm really happy with.

Adelphia cable modem. The best I've ever gotten was a 600kbps download on FileFront, and that's without a fast pass. I've had up to 120k on a big Torrent file once.

My wireless net went down when my borrower decide to pull out the anthem, becuz he has to buy milk for his child (HE'S ONLY 18, FOR HEAVEN SAKES!) but whatever that's not the theme.
Before i was runnin low, but it was faster than this crap. I was runnin at 11 Mgb.
but i'm poor and miserable again T_T x(

I use external modem connection. It works preety good. 512 KB (64 real kb DNL) and 256 KB ( 32 real kb UPLOAD)

i get fiber optic connection... heh... i get like 1mbps downstream and 128 kbps upstream. its pretty good lol... it OWNSES. of course, it doesnt work that well with a 10 year old comp, but i still like bragging..

Oh s**t, i've checked and i ot only 4 kb/s (!) and upload rate at 2 kb/s. Indonesia is damn slow.
Though i think this is weird. My parents sez that we're using cable conn. But, wtf?
