what happen there, after i upload it to my profile i just say "this scan has been deleted & only the user can see it" please tell me what is the problem with your uploading protocol!><

The scans were deleted because they were low quality and one of them was a double anyway. That means you shouldn't submit the scans again. They were deleted for a reason. If you didn't read faq and policy yet then please read them:
