Ohh mand this is gonna be a long list but besides wanting to rewatch them I do go ahead and watch them, there are so many anime manga where I only liked the manga version, or anime version, or both versions, there are anime where there is no manga version or was based on a novel, even a videogame. But I can see that most of everyone's picks go along with mine.
The ones I'm including are the ones that are finished, I would add Naruto and Bleach but they are still ongoing.

Zoids (Chaotic century/Guardian Force, new century zero) my favortie of all time

The list could go on, but this is what I can add for now.

FMA, Karekano, kuroshitsuji, etc.

Monster, Evangelion, Mushishi, Ouran high school host club, and maybe K-On.
Oh but rewatching Conan, Doraemon and Ghibli films is nice too~
