This regarding one of the images you deleted. The Uryuu Ishida clear. I took a look at your policy. First I will ask to make sure if that was the one you deleted, . It seems this was one of the allowed sites it came from devaitart. I wish for that photo to be re uploaded.

If I read correctly your criteria states that we can upload pics from devaitart. I don't see the promblem. Unless it was a art indy pic or wallpaper I do not see the promblem. I have thought about your criteria and it seems that you make it hard to upload pics for some reason.

I think this issue has been resolved via PM. You may not upload other people's artwork and claim it as your own.
The Policy states that you MAY NOT upload images taken from DeviantArt.
