Quote by secretzfanI am
kinda glad DBZ gets a remake so we can have better animation. DB Kai has a excellent opening. One I really think should
be remade is really anime like Speed Racer
As far as I can tell, the animation hasn't been improved at all and is still the same. The main changes being that
it's more wide screen-oriented so you can see more "around" than before as well as it being significantly
shortened to match a pace similar to the manga rather than being REALLY drawn out like where they presently are in the
original (the whole "5 minute" countdown on Namek, lol). Originally, that took like...10+ episodes or
something with like...6 or so before Frieza proclaims there's "3 minutes" left, lol. In Kai, however, it
only took like...1 episode (since Frieza tried to destroy it).
Quote by minayuriYeah, I agree
that Gundam X should be re-made into a 50 episode series, I also felt that the series was cut off by only having 39
episodes. I too would like to see Gundam Wing re-made too, like adding on to the story of the events that happen between
the end of the TV series and the beginning of Endless Waltz. I also agree that Gundam SEED Destiny should be re-made
with Shinn as the lead protagonist with Athrun as the secondary lead to serve as Shinn's mentor. Also more screen
time for Yzak and Dearka, as well as the wherabouts of Kira's other friends, Sai and Kuzzey.Djibril should be the
main antagonist and not Dullindal, it seems to me that the GS series always had a ZAFT/Plants guy as main antagonist, so
it should be someone else on the other side instead.
I also would like to see Kanon re-done with it leaning toward a Nayuki-ending route where Yuuichi and Nayuki end up
together at the end. I felt that the series didn't do Nayuki justice with Yuuichi neglecting her most of the series
when he was with the other girls and I didn't like how they produced her arc either.
Well, despite Gundam X being cut off, it still did (generally anyway) get out what it needed to. Though, yeah, it did
leave a couple holes, but nothing people seemed to REALLY care about.
And yeah, SEED Destiny was really ruined when they decided to bring back the old cast and essentially turned it into
"Gundam SEED 2.0" rather than its own series. You can tell they all but gave up on it in the latter
half..."Infinite Justice", "Strike Freedom", Legend (all but a copy of the Providence minus a couple
differences), Destiny (essentially a combined Impulse when it all comes down to it), "Neo-GENESIS", having
Neo/Mwu as another Rau La Creuset (besides Ray), and so on. Heck, even from the first half, they were cutting it close
with the ZAKU Warrior, GOUF Ignited, DOM Trooper, the Core Splendor, Destroy Gundam, and such.
