Hey, this is for the Brazilian Minitokyer's here. I have an assignment about doing business in Brazil and there is a framework called Value Orientation by Kluckhohn. Basically I just want some feedback about these dimensions. Thanks!
1. Time Orientation - focus on past, present, or future?
2. Activities - do you value Doing/Working hard, Becoming/Inner Development, or Being/content with life?
3. Relationships with People - more individually focused, hierarchal, or collateral/group oriented?
4. Relationship with External Environment - man is dominant over nature, harmonious with nature, or
subjugated/can't control nature.
5. Human Nature - Are humans basically good or evil?
