This had lots of work done too it please when every you get a chance look over it. I began to think about layers. I remember if a picture is like a book then the layers are its pages. THESE ARE NOT EASY MADE PICS. In fact the thought makes my head hurt.

perhaps i should make a tutorial and give u one on one lessons to help u improve....seems no one else at MT is willing...alright first off u cant post a page thats just scanned out of a manga with no editing done to it like coloring and whatnot, second is in need of vertoring.... whatever u use to cut your pictures out of from the original version your gonna need to make it neater your gonna wanna make it so that the background(if any) from the old does not show up at all...
PS In case your wondering why ppl say dont post copies of pics here and u look and see 2 with the same character then thats because they appear as 2 completely different wallpapers with no real similar features between them also one may be a scan(which is from an artbook, dvd cover, manga cover, or other such things that can be scanned) and the other may be a wallpaper which could be the same character but the person who made it cut the character out of the scan and made a background for it on there own(if u have questions about how to make backgrounds ask me)now thats all the time i have left before i go home if you have any questions post em in my guestbook or pm me

Okay let overview of how I did it. I quote "DID NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM MANGA" Oh all of those pics have been edited. I check 10 times to make sure that are totally different from the original.

Good that is out the way. I completely changed the background I a, sorry now completely is a bit different. I have a hard time cutting out backgrounds. This is all so new to me. I mean did you know all day and night just to fix these pictures. Again I have no idea how to "vector images" So yea please send me a tutorial.

Oh as for Ichigo vs Aizen yea I added some lighting effect to it and some what turn the entire background into a lava base. So yea I did not get what you meant by no editing, because I changed the whole thing. I am not trying to rip as bad as I did. Yet I feel so close that I can nearly touch it.

YES THE PERFECT WALLPAPER.I get to work on plenty more
WITH ALL RESPECT I WILL KEEP WORKING

my mistake i take closer look at the pics and see that it is not a page from manga(the black and white threw me for a sec) and the one on vectoring well im trying to organize a very simple tutorial...
Ok simple tutorial starts here. This first pic will demonstrate how the workspace looks while i am vectoring http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu286/geneticdoom/vectortu.jpg
This second one will show an example of what it will look like with colors (please note that the pic isnt done yet this is onle an example) http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu286/geneticdoom/vectortu2.jpg

Ok about the pen tool and vectoring (this assumes that u can obtain or have photoshop if u dont have or want photoshop then tell me what u use and i will see how it can obtain a similar affect). The pen tool is very easy to use. If you play around with it you may be able to figure it out on your own, if not the i have a few pics to demonstrate simple pen tool uses
1. http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu286/geneticdoom/vectortupentool.jpg
2. http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu286/geneticdoom/vectortupentool2.jpg
3. http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu286/geneticdoom/vectortupentool3.jpg
4. http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu286/geneticdoom/vectortupentoolend.jpg

There are a lot more ways to use the pen tool to vector but this is how i do it. First i divide the picture into sections like clothing, skin, hair, and character accessories. Then i divide those sections into sections like base color, shadows, highlights, and also seperate colors(if the clothing has multiple colors).

Now that i have the selections made out in my head i start wherever i feel like and make a new path for every section im gonna do. You will want this to all be flush against the part you are selecting like they are in the example pics above.
From here it is about coloring, and making backgrounds which will require me to make more example pics
