In terms of just Gundam Wing, it would appear the Wing Gundam Zero tops the list. Also considering it's the father of all the Gundams. Still, as I said, it can also come down to the pilot, but that generates endless speculation.
And, also as I brought up in another topic, it didn't seem like Epyon's beam saber (in action) was that much more powerful than others. It looks intimidating, but when it came to actual combat, it didn't necessarily "perform" better than any other beam saber. The advantage it most likely has is, by being directly connected to the reactor, it has an "unlimited" operational time while other hand-held beam sabers would require themselves to be holstered from time to time to be recharged before reuse. And when one considers that melee is all Epyon is meant to be used in, you can't really afford any such delays.
