hi there~just as the subject described, when i download the few cute scans, they cannot be browsed completely. the lower half of the scans do not appear no matter how many times I have tried, and if i click "save as" the name will become "untitled". from this i waste many credits, i am so speechless! can anybody help me with the problem? i am rookie, thank you very much!
