Mass production for ZAFtT for me has to be zaku's. The reason being is they are in Mobile Suit Gundam Wars, (the original Gundam series) and up to SEED and DESTINY.

I never really liked several of the SEED Destiny units simply because of how they're so blatantly copied from the originals of Mobile Suit Gundam (ZAKU Warrior, GOUF Ignited and, originally, the DOM Trooper). It just looks lazy on their part, to me.
Out of the others, though, I'd have to say the GuAIZ overall. At the time, it was their most advanced MS and, performance-wise, equal to a 1st generation GAT-X unit.

The only Zaku for me is the original Zaku I and II of Mobile Suit Gundam (and III in ZZ). Same with the Gouf and Dom/Rick Dom.
