Based on overall capabilities (and not fan tendencies, as much as I like the Epyon), I'd probably have to give it to the Arche. Even though Ali prefers close-range combat, he still can use the Arche's other weapons if need be, the Fangs included. The Epyon System also can't predict everything 100% nor does it "see the future"; merely give "suggestions", so things like the Fangs would also give the Arche an advantage.
The main problem with such vs. battles is the fact that they're from completely different universes with completely different tech involved, thus it's impossible to know how things would truly interact.
