Good shoujo manga constantly gets ruined by its anime counterpart. :// So this is truly a difficult question to answer.
I guess Fruits Basket did pretty well until the last couple of episodes. .__. KareKano was freaking amazing but it drops off after episode 17 which is just sad.
Without sleep there are no dreams. Without dreams... we fall apart at the seams...

I choose Skip Beat as the best shoujo anime, I really enjoy watching every single detail on it's every episodes.
I'm so glad they made the anime really good, a good reflection of the manga.
I also like Kimi ni Todoke, love the plot of the story. And Vampire Knights, but honestly I am upset about the anime it
doesn't fit my imagination so prefer the manga.
I do not fear death, but I do fear of losing sight on what I believe in.
Oh god, it seems don't know the difference between a shojo, shonen, magical girl, shonen ecchi ...!
I'm pretty sure that Nanoha, sailor moon, midori, suzuka, conan (seriously),... please go to wikipedia or a web
site specialized in japanime to get more intels but the main idea of a shojo is a manga made by girls and women for
girls and woman (but men can also be good writers).
Of course we are many guys to like that category but not every love story between a boy and a girl is a shojo.
To go back to the main topic:
