I was talking with Sheqel and we were wondering if any of you guys would like a chat channel on irc. Members would need to download a small program called Mirc (www.mirc.com) and that'll allow MT members to chat with each other. The channel will be official if there's enough people digging the idea lol.

Maybe because the IRC hasn't been advertised much around the place itself. I wouldn't mind using it as there are a couple other channels I usually go to but too lazy nowadays. Return it D=

It was, at one point. Heck, there was even an MT IRC group. However, pretty much everyone that still goes on there isn't active on MT anymore, or else has retired from the community and hardly anyone uses IRC that comes on here so a resurgence wasn't likely. Maybe this time will work out.

If there is a strong enough desire, perhaps we could create another group and then hopefully expand interest from there.
