can anyone point out which episode of ghost in the shell stand alone complex had a girl with long blue hair? if anyone knows her name that would help too

do you happen to have a picture of the character in question? at times the major was seen with long blue hair. but that is the main character so I don't really know unless I see a picture. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motoko_Kusanagi is the person I'm talking about, if that's not her please find a picture and share it will help us all :)
