well, i already have submited this wallpaper but was erased. I hadn't finish the comment crediting people. Can you tell me if this way will be accpeted?

Unfortunately, something like this will never be able to be accepted into the gallery because it's from pivix.
For more information regarding why pivix items were removed from minitokyo, you can go to the link below.

A strong recommendation for the future would be to use images that can be found in the gallery at Minitokyo. That way, you can better your odds of the acceptable. : )
