Outlaw Star, Cowboy Beebop, Rurouni Kenshin, and Neon Genesis Evangelion are a few... I'm a big fan of (good) english dubs; even though I'm a fluent speaker of Japanese. All those shows had great dubs back in the day when they were on Cartoon Netowork; and that's what got me into anime. :)
