since you didnt supply the background resources, i'm not quite sure which part you made and which you didnt. if you made the background with images/resources from allowed sources and change the render, it would be acceptable for the gallery.
but i would link the resources and check with MT staff before resubmitting =]

fullly made by myself, used pen tool to draw the shapes, which is a pain in the neck.
