You were incredibly faithful in the recreation of Miss Mikoto.
While everything from the uniform to her hair looks spot on, my only gripe would be the skirt. Something about it just doesn't..flow. Although I wouldn't blame you, being that skirts are incredibly difficult to get completely right.
Nonetheless, you did a fantastic job!

i'm use corel painter (for colorzie) and photoshop cs2 (for background and effect)
